Boil it till the quantity of water comes down to 1 cup. Strain the drink and take it warm, twice a day. Tulsi lowers fever and stimulates immunity. Black pepper clears the nose and throat, and dry ginger generates body heat. The herbal drink promotes recovery and supports the body in its fight against infections.
