Surprise cameos, platinum wigs, broken bones and a small earthquake. Another year of Coachella brought a whirlwind of colorful, chaotic energy to the vibrant desert music festival over two weekends in Indio, Calif.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Thousands of music fans, influencers and young Hollywood stars converged to hear headlining acts, like Lana Del Rey; Doja Cat and Tyler, the Creator, alongside skyrocketing stars like Rene\u00e9 Rapp, Ice Spice and Sabrina Carpenter.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The rest of us at home soaked up the revelry and vibrations on social media \u2014 enough to compile a list of Coachella\u2019s winners and losers. So without further ado:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Shakira trekked to the desert for a surprise cameo<\/a> and big news for Latin music fans.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Bizarrap was kicking off his Coachella debut on the Sahara Stage on April 12 when \u201cLa loba se viene\u201d \u2014 translated to \u201cThe wolf is coming\u201d \u2014 flashed across the screen behind him.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Within seconds, the she wolf herself appeared onstage in a fiery ensemble to crash the Argentine DJ\u2019s set, performing \u201cLa Fuerte,\u201d from her album that dropped last month.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

But that wasn\u2019t all. \u201cWe\u2019re going on tour!\u201d she said, to roaring cheers. \u201cStarting here this November, this year, in this city! Can\u2019t wait!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

That\u2019s right: the international superstar\u2019s \u201cLas Mujeres Ya No Lloran\u201d World Tour is happening, and its first stop will be Indio.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Shakira and Bizarrap then launched into their world record-breaking<\/a> Latin diss track \u201cShakira: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Tyler, the Creator\u2019s \u2018Earfquake\u2019<\/p>\n<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

The rapper lived up to his top billing on both weekends, sparing little in terms of visuals and guest appearances.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Tyler prowled, danced and soared through a desert canyon-themed stage \u2014 at one point bursting through an RV clad in full sheriff regalia. On both weekends, the khaki-clad musician and fashion designer delivered high-octane performances complemented by a charismatic cast of supporting characters. A$AP Rocky whooping and hollering under a frisbee-shaped UFO on \u201cWho Dat Boy.\u201d Childish Gambino in a grandpa cardigan and bucket hat crooning the chorus on \u201cRunning Out of Time.\u201d Charlie Wilson, a.k.a \u201cUncle Charlie<\/a>,\u201d sidling up to Tyler at a white piano for a rousing rendition of \u201cEarfquake.\u201d (By the way, Coachella was gently rocked by another earthquake that day. A 3.8 magnitude quake was reported<\/a> near Ontario \u2014 about 20 miles southeast of the festival grounds.)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
