We usually make small transactions by linking our bank account with the UPI payment app. Now, there are numerous other options available to make UPI payments. IDFC First Bank now allows its users to link their Rupay credit card to the BHIM app, thereby enabling them to make payments at stores or to merchants by scanning their QR codes. The users can also play online using their credit card. It must be noted that the UPI payments made through IDFC First Bank\u2019s Rupay credit card will be as convenient as paying through a bank account. The only difference is that the money will be deducted from your Rupay credit card, rather than directly from the bank. For those unversed, this feature is also accessible to all RuPay credit card holders from 14 different banks including Axis Bank, Indian Bank, Bank of Baroda, Canara Bank, HDFC Bank, Punjab National Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and Union Bank of India. Users are advised to link their credit cards to the UPI apps to avail the benefits.<\/p>\n

How to make UPI payments with IDFC First Bank Rupay Credit Card:<\/p>\n

Scan the merchant\u2019s QR code through your UPI-enabled third-party app.<\/p>\n

Then, enter the payment amount.<\/p>\n

This will display a list of your bank accounts and credit cards.<\/p>\n

From the dropdown, choose the IDFC First Bank RuPay credit card that has already been linked to UPI.<\/p>\n

Enter a 6-digit UPI PIN and the transaction will be authorised.<\/p>\n

How to make payment to e-commerce merchant through UPI with IDFC First Bank Rupay Credit Card:<\/p>\n

First, you will need to select the payment mode on the merchant website\/app.<\/p>\n

From the options displayed on the screen, select the UPI-enabled app linked to your credit card.<\/p>\n

Log in to the UPI-enabled app.<\/p>\n

From the dropdown displaying available accounts, select the registered IDFC First Bank RuPay Credit Card.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

To confirm the payment, enter your 6-digit UPI PIN.<\/p>\n

Once the payment is done, you will be redirected to the merchant page.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
