Punjab Department of Specialized Health has hired the services of its retired Special Secretary Tariq Mehmood Rehmani as Programme Director and fixed his monthly salary at Rs11,37,500 per month, ignoring the government’s austerity drive.

According to details, Retired Special Secretary Tariq Mehmood Rehmani will perform his duties in Nursing and Allied Health Professionals Capacity Building.

He was appointed as Director of Project Implementation on a one-year contract, which can be extended for another period.

Tariq Mehmood Rehmani retired in BS-20 but was now appointed in BS-22 equal pay scale.
