Israeli forces rescued four Israeli hostages Saturday during an expansive operation in central Gaza that left scores of Palestinians dead. At least 210 people were killed in the Nuseirat refugee camp, according to a Gaza Health Ministry spokesman and a doctor at a hospital there.
