The sooner meditation starts, the easier it becomes to find balance and satisfaction in our lives and our purpose. Through meditation, individuals can observe their thoughts and emotions without becoming overwhelmed by them. The goal of life is to attain perfection, which can only be of a divine level. To transform the soul into the Supreme Soul, it is necessary to concentrate the mind on that goal.
